OUR COLLECTION
The Highland playground of the Cawdor Estate has been home to our distillery since 1812. Surrounded by rugged mountains, hidden glens, and nourished by pure spring water, this awe-inspiring landscape shapes the spirit of Royal Brackla. It all began with Captain William Fraser, a man determined to do things his own way: growing his own barley, securing his independence, and crafting a whisky fit for the Royal table. In 1833, his whisky became the first Scotch to receive a Royal Warrant from King William IV. Nearly two centuries later, that same spirit of quality and independence continues to guide us in crafting a whisky worthy of its heritage.
